Sending an email has never been easier!
As a treatment coordinator in an orthodontic office, I am often sending emails to clients to follow up with them after their initial phone call or consultation. Using Cloud HQ has been really special! CloudHQ is a website that offers different tools that integrate with Gmail. These tools include an email tracker, email templates, and email sharing.
By using their email templates, I am able to attach a pre-written letter to a specific client depending on what it is I am contacting them for. I can find the template right at the bottom of the window in a drop-down file and search whichever letter I am looking for. With just a few clicks of a button, a template can be uploaded and sent off right away. There is no need to re-write an entire email every time! This saves a lot of time and energy to have these letters pre-thought out.
These templates can include photos and logos etc. They can also then be edited to customize the letter for each client making it unique for everyone- no spam!
One of our office’s main focus, besides giving a great treatment outcome, is the client experience! We are always striving to ensure each client feels taken care of and that they are not just another number. By using Cloud HQ to customize the emails sent out, each client will receive a personalized email reviewing our discussion and then inviting them to visit our website to use the treatment calculator or book their next visit.
The other benefit to using this service is that it enables the managing and syncing of multiple cloud storage services very simple – and you don’t need to install any extra software to the desktop. Having multiple cloud services to manage, organize and send different files can all be accessed with CloudHQ making the sending of emails that much easier!
